About Author
Melody Valverde was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and was raised in Mesa, Arizona.She went to Crismon Elementary which is where she met Mataya.They have been in the same class and best friends since the first grade. In the fourth grade they came up with the characters Wiklly and Burt. The story started as a play but they turned it into the book you have just read.
