Valentina Chang was born and raised in Earth's very own Root Chakra, Mount Shasta, California. This is where the base of the Earth's energy is found. While on her spiritual journey, she discovered that spreading love and healing others are two of her main goals in life. She realized that helping others get to a similar headspace is a way that she could pursue that. Going through her own spiritual journey, she may have discovered ways to encourage others to stay active about theirs. Therefore, creating journals to help guide many through meditations, spiritual journeys, difficult times, or even encourage the use of affirmations is what she figured could help heal many and bring them to love.
