Diana Williams was born and raised in Pennsville, New Jersey where she was one of six children. Being around her large family is where she learned about her love for children. At age 18, she took a job in the banking industry and moved out on her own. Eager to achieve, she also started college at Wilmington University for teaching. During her time in school, her company transferred her to South Florida where she graduated from Florida Atlantic University. After college, she moved back up north to Wilmington, Delaware where she found the love of her life and got married. After their first child was born she opted to stay home with her baby.
