The American Indian-Alaska Native Employees Association for NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service)(AIANEA) is a non-profit organization that: advocates for a culturally diverse workforce; serves as a liaison between the American Indian and Alaska Native communities and NRCS; identifies and resolves barriers to employment for American Indians and Alaska Natives; and, shapes the future of natural resources management through various educational opportunities and efforts. Our Elders are our teachers and inspiration. Through their wisdom, we shall teach the next seven generations.
