April Kullis is a graphic designer in southern California. Besides her many interests in the arts she is a lover of eclectic food. She enjoys discovering a little known gem of an eatery and the homemaker's art of bringing a sparkle to the eyes of hungry children. That and her fond family memories led to the creation of this book. The author not only collected the recipes and wrote the book but she also created its illustration, photography, and design.
