Bringing the Snow People of Lovely Street to young readers is the dream of Selah Hales. The characters in this series began as figurines, designed and crafted from polymer clay. The Grace figurine was a special gift to a friend's granddaughter who had just started taking dance lessons. She wanted to know the story of the little ballerina snow person which led to this book.
