Under his vision he has been able to maximize food quality in nearly 500 crew members since early 2010. It is not what you eat... it is about how you cook it... In over 20 years of career development he has achieved important certifications to back up his skills, such as being a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Administrator, Acredited Culinary Evaluator and a Certified Wine Sommelier, because from his personal point of view, excellence can be achieved through the usage of "flavor". Flavors that come from the good tasty fat, proteins and right seasonings along with the proper heat, time and cooking vessel.
