I grew up in Chiltern, Victoria and settled in Benalla, Victoria in 1968.

I have always enjoyed the written word and now that I have retired I have found time to settle down and experiment with my poetry and short stories. With modern technology I find it much easier and so I am more inclined to discipline myself by writing more often. I recently published 'My Book of Poems. I have had a short story published in The Australian.
