Born and raised in a family of 9 in the Brazilian's rainforest, where cooking was just another daily task such as gardening. Cooking for Coco became a second nature after so many years watching her mom, and old sisters preparing, improvising, and feeding them all with simple ingredients and bold flavors.

Cooking for her family, and friends became her passion and hobby, every meal time is an new adventure, and an opportunity to create new recipes or repeating an old time favors. The meal plan starts from the local farmer's market to exploring pantry, and fridge and the results are pure pleasure.
