I'm very proud of you and what you are accomplishing and your goal will be reached. Probably if you tried to do this 10 or 15 years ago, it wouldn't have turned out or been as meaningful to you. Maturity helps. Oh yes, I don't think I ever mentioned how happy and so pretty you looked at your house signing and closing. Actually you looked like a 20 year old.
