Quanda Cotton Allen, the daughter of Willie Tessum and Mary Edith Oliver Cotton. Born in Inola, Oklahoma. Educated in the public schools of Inola matriculated through Northeastern State University with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Elementary Education with a area of concentration in Special Education. Years later she graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Masters in Educational Leadership. The Church of God In Christ taught her to love God, respect authority, embrace holiness and truth, win souls into the kingdom.
