Over the years I sat with my mother as she cooked the most scrumptious dishes. As she cooked I asked her to tell me what she was doing so I could scribble down the recipes. I have so often thought of putting the recipes in a special book for family and friends. Little did I know someday we would put together a book of all of mom's wonderful dishes!
