Fred Wills, Jr. grew up the model child in a divorced but loving family that included both a step mother and father. Although they all had their share of difficult times, there was never a shortage of love and understanding. Obsessed with sports of any kind Fred would wager on a game of Tidily Winks, if the odds were good, or organizing the neighborhood Wiffle Ball World Series. However, something else must have been cooking inside that brain. He was constantly inventing and organizing new games which always included everyone in the neighborhood. Fred instinctively honed his parental skills at a young age. Hence he was a natural to be a great dad. Patience in his peers that they would try their best and give to the team only proved that first place meant nothing, but finishing together truly wins the race. Writing this story about a Mighty Tiger who fed and protected his young, was ready for any attack or accident and loved his family so much he would lay down his life gave us all real hope. This kid processed something special. More than anything we will always rest well at night knowing we have faith our son and boastfully in our own parenting skills. We must have down something right.
