My name is Jasmin Castillo. I am a senior at the University of Texas at Austin majoring in bilingual education, I wrote this book for a language arts course and to use in my student teaching site. I am excited to write and publish this book that depicts the life on the border of the U.S. and Mexico. Eagle Pass is really close to my heart and I wish to share this with many young lives.
