My room mate and I put together a collection of recipes that we love while studying in medical school. Our fondest memories include having some cooking downtime ad mist the insane amount of studying. A nice glass of wine and listening to disney classics, Adele, or Enya while cooking was calmingly therapeutic.

Dear Jess, I could not have had a better room mate for our first two years of med school and I'll never forget the memories we shared.
