This is my first poetry book. I have been writing since I was seventeen, collecting words through different seasons of life and love. These poems were written over time and brought together here with the hope that they might inspire someone else to pause, reflect, or feel something they hadn’t named yet.

I continue to write, drawn to love and the emotions tied to it—how it shapes us, challenges us, and lingers long after the moment passes.
