The twenty-five year-old, is in fact the rose that grew from Camden, New Jersey. Kamari Talley is an author, poet, motivational speaker, and international professional basketball player. She has written eleven self-published books. Kamari is an empowerment based, feminist, and lesbian. Both her writing and her speeches are uplifting, and inspirational. She has the unique ability to reach all people, of all age- groups. Not only does she encourage others to pursue their dreams, while instilling self-love into others but she teaches through her lifestyle that all things are possible with GOD!
