I've been married 30 years and have 3 grown kids. Just became a "Gammie" 1 1/2 years ago and I love my little grandson to pieces. I have 3 dogs and a parrotlet. I love animals. I've been writing poetry since 2007. Before then I wrote a poem in 7th grade that my teacher read to the class because she loved it. But I never pursued poetry all these years until 2007. I like to write about spirituality, personal life experiences. Writing poetry gives me an outlet to express myself. I also liked to quilt. I like to create and work with my hands.
