“Intuitive Eating”is simply allowing your body to be your guide. The body knows what it needs and can heal itself of any condition or ailment giving the
right conditions. I have over 15 years hands on culinary experience including working under 2 Master Chefs. I've earned certifications as a Natural Hygiene Coach and a Weight loss Coach.
