I became a cook after having my first child. I realized that it was not easy to just get out and go to dinner so I decided to cook. I didn't think I was going to love it as much as I do, it is a true passion of mine. I love trying new recipes and adding special touches to recipes that I find. My aunt Susan has been a big influence on me because she is a true cook and really enjoys it. I dedicate this book to her.
