My roots are Puerto Rican, I was born and raised in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. I've been painting since a teenager. My friends thought I was somewhat weird because I'd paint images on my walls. But, within time, they realized that I was expressing who I am, an artist. It has been over 15 years since I have touched a canvas and I've recently started feeling the need to express myself again. Since December 2011, I have created over 30 pieces. I now feel light, at peace and happiness is overflowing, I feel whole again.
