Mardi is a professional chef, cooking school owner, and teacher. She is a self taught cook, a sort of "trial by fire" After thirty years of practicing and learning, of working in restaurant kitchens and owning her own cooking store, she is back to her first love. She has inspired cooks of all ages in her Tucson, Arizona school, Cuisine Classique for over four years.
