Tiffany Kathryn Girard lives in Michigan with her family. Both author and illustrator, she was born in San Francisco, California, and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She credits any success in school and life, in part, to the foundation developed at her high school alma mater, Community High School, where she learned to love learning again by seeing the same subjects from a whole new vantage point.
