About Me

I was born in 1961, married with two wonderful children, a son Reagan and daughter Shaella. In my younger day, I loved to cook everything homemade, slices, cakes, biscuits, main meals, jams, sauces and I even attempted to bake my own bread (without success). If I may say so myself, I wasn’t a bad cook back then. During the last 13 years, I have been working fulltime, the kids and I were playing sport nearly every night and I was at University doing my Medical Science Degree through distant education, so cooking become a non-event in our house. We all learnt to fend for ourselves. (Catch what you can).
