Tori Campbell is a graduate student in the IU South Bend School of Social Work and an Albert Schweitzer Fellow. Through her graduate and fellowship programs, she has had the opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities from LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. in a nutrition education program. The focus of this program has turned largely to education, as many of the individuals taking part in the program have little knowledge of nutrition, or how their diet affects their health.
