Shai is a compassionate wife, mother, entrepreneur, and child welfare professional who dedicates her life to serving children and families. She is the Owner of Empassion CT, where she provides pre-service and in-service training for foster and adoptive parents, helping families build safe, nurturing, and supportive homes for children.

Guided by her Christian faith, Shai strives for excellence in all that she does and believes that every child is a precious gift from God. She recognizes that a child's development is valuable and should be cherished, even during life's most challenging moments.
