Quanda Cotton Allen, the daughter of Willie Tessum and Mary Edith Oliver Cotton. Born in Inola, Oklahoma. Educated in the public schools of Inola matriculated through Northeastern State University with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Elementary Education with a area of concentration in Special Education. Years later she graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Masters in Educational Leadership. The Church of God In Christ taught her to love God, respect authority, embrace holiness and truth, win souls into the kingdom. Her parents taught her to hear the voice of God, love her neighbor as she love herself. Enter into the house of God with respect, praise and worship.
She is the wife of Amos Eoleans Allen and the mother of Eryne Alyse.
