In the land of Whitevale, eighteen-year-old Isabelle Anderson is held captive by her family's protests that the world is too dangerous for her to ever leave their small farm in the outskirts of town. When her family goes bankrupt, Isabelle is left behind with her grandma to try to find a way to sell her family's beloved pets. At the fairgrounds, she meets a handsome boy that is everything she's ever wanted in a friend: nice, understanding, outgoing, and adventurous. Will her thirst for adventure cause her to disobey her parents? Or will she stay behind with her new friend on what might be her last chance to ever leave her town behind and actually live a little?

Krystal Fragoso is a 15 year old girl that loves animals, sleeping, riding, writing, drawing, and reading. She started writing in school and after not really liking it for a few years, she slowly started to write more. Her stories first start out as dreams and later on she adds on to them. She loves writing more about animals than anything else. She is terrible at grammar :P
She lives in Illinois with her parents, twin sisters, brother, dog, bird, and horses.
