About Author
My love of cooking transends to time when my daughter Anna was a small child. As a divorced father working around holiday visitations and family gatherings I decided what better way to make it work than cooking holiday meals for family in my home.
I remember several Christmas dinners where Anna and I would make homemade gnoochi. Her job was to roll the dough. It was a great time and a lasting memory. Recently, now grown with her own children she asked for some of her favorite recipes. Thus the reason I am doing this.
I credit my Italian ancestory for much of the cooking I do, as well as mom and my dads mother both great cooks.
