About the Book

This journal is to help you prepare for your day.

We begin by listing gratitudes for the day to help with our mindset that we do have good things going on in our lives.

We then list 5 positive self statements. Some find it difficult to list positives about themselves. By identifying them each day, we become more in tune with our strengths, thus feeling better about who we are.

To help prioritize your day, list 5 goals. I have purposely only listed 5 so you focus on your top goals and do not get overwhelmed.

We then want to list our top tasks. This is more of our to do list for the day. I again kept it to 5 so you do not lose your focus for the day.

What is one way today that you can challenge yourself? This will allow for continuous self-growth.

Lastly, complete some free journaling to clear your mind of any negative thoughts lurking that could hinder your progress today.

Hope you find this journal to be helpful!

Hello! I am Denise of Denise Styer Coaching & Consultation. I am a women's empowerment & leadership coach, consultant, author, international speaker, and psychotherapist.

I have spent the past 20+ years working in the mental health field with my focus in eating disorders, nonsuicidal self-injury, suicide, trauma, and depression.

While this work was so rewarding and fulfilling, I realized I could potentially assist in preventing individuals from getting to the point of needing acute care by teaching and empowering people to overcome their limitations, believe in themselves, increase their self-worth, use their voice to get their needs met, and live the life they've dreamed of doing so. Maybe, just maybe, by learning of our own self-worth, we might not turn to behaviors that are unhealthy and hinder our growth.

The great thing about my coaching programs is that the sessions can be done by video conferencing or in person.
