About the Book

This journal has been designed to help you prepare for your day.

I first have you list gratitudes to help with the mindset that there are good things going on in your life.

I then have you list 5 positive self-statements. Some find it difficult to list positives about themselves. By identifying them each day, we become more in tune with our strengths, thus feeling better about who we are.

To help prioritize your day, list 5 goals. I have purposely only listed 5 so you focus on your top goals and do not get overwhelmed.

I then provide space for you to list your top tasks for the day. This is more of a to-do list for the day. I again kept it to 5 so you do not lose your focus for the day.

I then have you state one way today that you can challenge yourself. This will allow for continuous self-growth.

Lastly, do some journaling to clear your mind of any negative thoughts that are lurking that could hinder your progress for the day.

I hope you find this journal to be helpful!

Hi! I am Denise of Denise Styer Coaching & Consultation. I am a women's empowerment & leadership coach, consultant, author, international speaker & psychotherapist.

I have spent the past 20+ years working in the mental health field focusing on eating disorders, self-injury, suicide, trauma, & depression.

While this work was so rewarding and fulfilling, I realized I could potentially assist in preventing individuals from getting to the point of needing acute care by teaching and empowering people to overcome their limitations, believe in themselves, increase their self-worth, use their voice to get their needs met, & live the life they've dreamed of doing so. Maybe, just maybe, by learning of our own self-worth, we might not turn to behaviors that are unhealthy and hinder our growth.

The great thing about my coaching program is that the sessions can be done by video conferencing or in person.
