S. Meris is a writer of numerous poems, devotionals, Bible studies, and children's stories. She prefers that her work speak for itself rather than a list of her accolades, achievements, or qualifications. As she expresses gratitude to God, who does not select individuals based on their abilities to fulfill His will, allowing her to serve as a vessel for His glory.

In 2012, one of her poems, "A Love that Never Dies," was featured in the anthology *Stars in Our Hearts: Eternally* by the World Poetry Movement. She is also the author of a novel, *Passenger of Ages*, a heartfelt way to share God's love with those searching for meaning.

Originally from Brazil, she moved to the United States in 1993. She now lives in Massachusetts with her husband—mother of two adult children and four grandchildren.
