I am mom of four that always worked outside the home. We did a lot of instant/boxed meals. Now that I am a "Bubbie" (yiddish for grandma) I want my grandchildren to eat healthier then their moms! So, wala! Here is a book of recipes I now use for easy, healthy meals!
