I have been writing and illustrating books since childhood. My identical twin, Patricia Shelton and I are both professional artists. She co-wrote and helped illustrate our two Halloween books; Halloween Forever and Forever Spooky. Most of our stories and poems stem from our childhood memories growing up in eastern Ky, and are centered around 1960's circa. My art is a reflection of my thoughts about the mystical and spiritual things in life and nature. I have lived in east Tennessee near the Smoky Mountains with my husband Pete, since 1992.
