Stephen is a Flight Paramedic with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology, Minor in Nutrition, and Certified Personal Trainer. Ashley is a Licensed Nurse and Fitness/Nutrition Enthusiast. Together they are the founders of THE PROGRAM, a gluten free, healthy and active lifestyle designed to help reach optimal wellness through nutrition and exercise. They are married and live in Chico, CA with their beautiful daughter.
