Born and raised in the National Capital of Ottawa Canada, as generations of family before me. I am a loving wife, proud mother of three grown children and a business woman in my professional career. My soul calling is in the holistic therapies of energy healing. My private practice is where I extend my reach to assist others on their wellness journey as a Reiki Master-Teacher, Spiritual and Wellness coach.

My accomplishments also encompass writer of creative poetry and short stories. Writing has always been a passion of mine, a means of emotional expression of life experiences, good and bad.

I have a deep passion for photography which has grown every deeper through the years. I love taking pictures and capturing natures beauty during long walks and adventures in the great outdoors in connection with mother earth.
