Linda Diaz is a mother, grandmother, and wife. Linda is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, a New Jersey Registered Play Therapist and Certified Sandplay Therapist, specializing in working with children who may have experienced grief stemming from traumatic experiences and/or loss. Linda is an artist and writes true stories for children about children's experiences.

Linda is the author of "The Wounded Yellow Butterfly", an enchanting children's story of courage, friendship and recovery after a terrible storm. The story book is also in Spanish,"La Mariposa Amarilla Herida".

Linda also wrote, "I Want To Be Just Like My Daddy", a charming story about a little girl who wants to be just like her daddy. The little girl shaves, cuts her hair short and rides a boy's bike. The story book is in Spanish, "Quero Ser Como Mi Papa".
